2026

2025 was quite the year – full of adventures, ups and downs, and unexpected surprises.

2026 is looking to be another big year full of exciting opportunities.

I’ve spent the first few days of the year thinking about what I want my year to look like. I always create a vision board – for me it’s a fun and creative way to approach the new year.

One thing I noticed was how very “green” my board was looking.

Green is my favorite color so it could be that simple, but for some reason it was standing out to me, so I did a deep dive on what that could potentially symbolize, and the results were fascinating. I feel like it really encapsulates my vision for 2026 and the season of life I’m in/entering right now.

BIBLICAL MEANINGS AND SYMBOLISM OF GREEN:

LIFE & RENEWAL:
Green is repeatedly associated with:

• Life
• Restoration
• God’s provision

“He makes me lie down in green pastures; He restores my soul.”
– Psalm 23:2–3

FAITHFULNESS & TRUST:
Green symbolizes those who trust God and remain faithful.

“He is like a tree planted by water… its leaves remain green.”
– Jeremiah 17:8

This speaks to:
• Stability even during drought
• Faith that doesn’t wither under pressure

FRUITFULNESS
Green represents the season before fruit – growth that’s happening even when results aren’t visible yet. Biblically, green often comes before abundance, not after it.

I absolutely love this symbolism. For 2026, I’m looking for a year of deep roots, quiet growth, restoration, and fruit that comes naturally – not forced.

ROOTED. Grounded and secure.
FLOURISH. Thriving quietly, steadily, and abundantly.
ABIDE. Trust over control. Grow where you’re planted.
STEADY. No rush, no chaos. Just faithful progress
